In the doorway you stood looking
at me. Watching me with those dark eyes.
You moved closer, I started to fear.
You placed your head against mine and all I
could do was close my eyes, but when all
I really wanted to do was to kiss your soft
tempting lips, and when I opened my eyes I
found you smiling at me. I wanted to run
away to a place where I could hide, but none
could be seen so I crawled inside my mind.
How I wanted to say things, but was too
unsure. You looked at me kindness and I
looked at you with fear, but now i wish
that I kissed you and never had
feared. . .
