Don't get to this point

Don't get to this point.
Not knowing what to say,
Not knowing what to do,
Doubt invades your thoughts,
What to do what to do?
Sometimes I feel so desperate
To say anything!
But I look stupid so I say nothing.
Words are clumsy and not lining
Up. 
Starting to feel socially defeated.
I find myself in a bad place
Again there is no end. . .
